Filo pastry stuffed with feta cheese and spinach, served on labneh and sprinkled with crusted mixed nuts

Spinach and chickpea falafel, served on house made garlic & lemon tahini dip

Garlic Chickpea & Kale Salad (v)(vg)

Couscous and roasted chickpeas, on a bed of fried kale and sumac spice with a lemon tahini dressing sprinkled with black sesame seeds.

Moroccan Grilled Chicken Salad (gf-optional)

Moroccan spiced grilled chicken, served With fresh rocket, tomato couscous, cucumber, radish, pickled beetroot, pickled onions, and pita crisp. Drizzled with a lemon honey vinaigrette.

Sumac Spiced Barramundi (gf)

Pan seared barramundi fillet served with a green charmoula sauce, cumin kumera mashed potato, roasted fennel, quinoa, cucumber and coriander salsa finished w. crusted pistachio & walnuts.

Sesame & Honey Glazed Chicken (df) (gf-optional)

Served on a bed of roasted aromatic Mediterranean vegetables and topped with caramelize sultanas, roasted almond flakes and sesame seeds served with Israeli Couscous.

Armenian Lamb Rump w Rustic Cauliflower florets (gf)

Grilled Pasture fed lamb rump, served medium on a bed of labneh, honey glazed root vegetables, chilli relish, and fried chickpeas with a pomegranate red wine sauce.

Garlic Chicken Kebab (gf-optional) (df-optional)

Marinated garlic chicken, homemade Persian pilaf, served with fattoush salad & a creamy mint yoghurt, grilled chilli and fresh lemon.

Persian Meat Lover Pizza

Middle Eastern grilled chicken and roasted lamb on a muhammara sauce, Persian feta cheese, char-grilled zucchini, peppers and eggplant, served with rocket leaves.
