Fetta and spinach triangles served on a bed of labneh and mixed nuts

Lamb Sigara Boureks *

Premium succulent marinated lamb mince with roasted pine nuts rolled in filo pastry, on a bed of roasted mixed nuts & fried chickpeas. Served w. a homemade harissa sauce & creamy mint yoghurt

Crispy Rustic Cauliflower*(V)

Crispy cauliflower lightly tossed in a blend of Moroccan spices & crushed pine nuts. Served on a bed of creamy tahini sauce topped w. chilli

Salmon Bruschetta

Feta & sun-dried tomato paste, tabbouli, smoked salmon & sprinkled with sumac.
