StreetSmart helping the homeless applauds restaurant partners who go way beyond the call of duty and put their heart and soul into their efforts to help us raise funds for grassroots projects. Mecca Bah Brisbane are crowned our 2009-10 Champions raising a staggering $10,450 in the 6 weeks – showing the power of a great committed team, generous customers and loads of micro donations.
“It’s great to know that Mecca Bah, Fortitude Valley was able to make a difference in the lives of homeless people within our local community by being a part of the StreetSmart campaign. We have to thank our patrons for their generosity and our staff for getting behind this ingenious campaign where a donation of just $2 per table over a six week period contributes to positive change.
